What is
Pressure Die Casting ?
ressure die casting is a metal casting process similar to injection molding. At OYA, we utilize certified machines and pressure casting dies to create metal parts by forcing molten metal into a mold cavity. Our process is effective, reliable, and offers significant cost savings. We work with various molten metals such as zinc, copper, aluminum, magnesium, lead, pewter, and tin-based alloys. With our flexibility, we can accommodate any project needs, from small batches to large quantities.
Key Advantages of our Pressure Die Casting:
- Cost-effective for large production runs, resulting in a low cost per part.
- Excellent surface finish and dimensional stability.
- Ability to produce complex geometries that require minimal or no post-machining.
- Ideal for medium to large parts that would be slower and more expensive to machine.
Metal Casting FAQ
Metal casting can be used to make very large parts with high tensile strength and complex parts with undercuts. Sometimes there is no alternative.
We have a group of reliable casting partners who fulfill our casting needs, and we use low-cost 3D printed wax patterns to reduce the price for the customer.
We are adept at CNC machining extra features (such as engraving and minor details) onto cast parts.
We generally accept metal casting orders of no fewer than 10 units.
